Is the Pledge a legal obligation to do something?
No. The pledge is simply a pledge of support for hiring people with disabilities; it does not legally require you to do anything.
Are there any fees associated with joining?
Not at present. The coalition began with some seed money from grant funds and is exploring strategic partnerships that will allow work to continue with minimum support from partner businesses.
If I sign, will my company get inquirIes about employing people with disabilities?
Perhaps. There are agencies that serve people with disabilities that partner with your business to help you address workforce needs.
